1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ji33.best, creating an account on the ji33 platform, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager through ji33 services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ji33.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account and must immediately cease using the ji33 platform. Continued use of ji33 services following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active ji33 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Ji33 strictly prohibits gaming by persons under the age of 21 and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage access, including requiring age verification documents during the KYC process.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services of this nature is lawful. Ji33 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee or representative of any other person in relation to your ji33 account. The account must be operated exclusively for your own personal gaming activity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a ji33 employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest with gaming activity on the platform.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether through ji33 or through any other gaming platform or regulatory body — that would prevent you from registering or playing.

Ji33 reserves the right to request documentation confirming your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to ji33's satisfaction.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ji33 account. The existence of multiple accounts — whether identified by name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method or any other identifying factor — constitutes a breach of these terms. Ji33 may, at its sole discretion, merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and void any winnings accrued through them.

When registering your ji33 account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure without return of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji33 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. Ji33 is not liable for any losses or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.

You must notify ji33 immediately via the 24/7 support channel if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

Ji33 operates under a Philippine gaming licence and is required by law to verify the identity of its members. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a regulatory obligation, not optional. Ji33 may request identity verification documents at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at ji33's discretion.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC verification at ji33 include: a Philippine national ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's licence, SSS card, GSIS card, PRC card or any other government-issued photo identification accepted under applicable Philippine regulations. Ji33 may also request proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Withdrawals at ji33 are not processed until KYC verification is completed for the relevant account. Ji33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending receipt of satisfactory verification documents. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be closed and any balance may be returned to the original deposit source after deducting any applicable withdrawal processing fees, subject to regulatory requirements.

5. Deposits

All deposits to your ji33 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Ji33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, whether from another individual's GCash, a business account or any other payment source not registered to the ji33 account holder.

Ji33 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your account wallet at the time of deposit.

Deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos and credited to your ji33 wallet balance. The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits. Deposit transactions are processed through encrypted payment channels. Ji33 does not store full card or account details on its servers.

In the event that a deposit is made in error or a payment is processed incorrectly, you must notify ji33 support as soon as possible. Ji33 will investigate and, where appropriate, correct the transaction. Ji33 is not liable for deposit delays caused by the payment provider or your bank.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at ji33 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This same-method rule is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all ji33 accounts.

The minimum withdrawal amount at ji33 is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits apply on a per-transaction and per-day basis and are displayed in your account withdrawal screen. Higher withdrawal limits may be available for verified accounts at higher VIP tiers — details are in the VIP Club section.

Withdrawals are not processed until KYC verification is complete. Once verified, withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are typically completed within a few minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Ji33 is not liable for delays caused by the receiving payment provider or bank.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. The withdrawable balance in your ji33 account represents only funds that have cleared all applicable wagering conditions. The platform clearly separates real-money balance from bonus balance in your account dashboard.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Ji33 offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all ji33 bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

All bonuses at ji33 are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must bet the bonus amount — or the deposit plus bonus amount, depending on the specific offer — a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier and the games that contribute to wagering are always specified in the individual promotion terms.

Different game types at ji33 contribute to bonus wagering at different rates. Typically, Baccarat, Roulette and certain other games may contribute at a reduced percentage rate compared to full contribution game types. The exact contribution schedule for each active promotion is shown in the promotion's specific terms at the time you opt in.

Ji33 bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time window. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited. Bonus time limits are shown clearly in each promotion's terms. Ji33 will not reinstate expired bonuses except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the ji33 management team.

Ji33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice where operational, regulatory or technical reasons require it. If a promotion is cancelled after you have opted in, any qualifying activity completed up to the cancellation date will be assessed in accordance with the terms applicable at that time.

8. Game Rules and Betting

Each game and betting product available at ji33 is governed by its own set of specific rules, which are accessible within the game or betting interface. By participating in any game or placing any bet at ji33, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games at ji33 use a certified RNG that produces statistically independent, random outcomes for every round. The RNG is independently tested and certified by an approved technical testing laboratory. The house edge for each game type is determined by the game's mathematical structure and is consistent across all sessions.

For live dealer games, the physical equipment — including roulette wheels, card shoes and dice — is the primary determinant of game outcomes. Live dealer results are verified by continuous camera monitoring. Any technical malfunction during a live dealer game that prevents a valid result from being determined will result in the round being voided and stakes returned.

For sports betting, ji33 sportsbook rules govern how bets are settled in the event of postponements, abandonments, walkovers, disqualifications and other irregular events. These sportsbook-specific rules are available within the betting section of the ji33 platform. In the event of any ambiguity, ji33's interpretation of the applicable sporting result shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these terms.

Minimum and maximum bet sizes apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed in the betting interface before you place your bet. Ji33 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including but not limited to suspected advantage play or irregular betting patterns.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji33 platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), including under different names or using different mobile numbers or email addresses.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any stage of the KYC verification process.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or malfunctions in any game or betting product for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a malfunction may be voided.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or make decisions in any game on the ji33 platform.
• Engaging in matched betting, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or any other strategy whose primary purpose is to extract guaranteed value from promotional offers in a way that is contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing funds to another player in card games or table games — or any form of collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the ji33 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful financial activity. Ji33 is required by law to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.
• Attempting to access, modify or interfere with any part of the ji33 platform, its servers, databases or security systems through any technical means.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Ji33 may suspend or permanently close any member account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct; or where required by applicable Philippine law or the terms of ji33's operating licence.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms by the member, ji33 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the withheld balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, subject to regulatory requirements and the nature of the breach.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their ji33 account may do so by contacting the 24/7 support team. Where no breach of terms is involved, any real-money balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the member via the registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

11. Responsible Gaming

Ji33 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform provides a range of tools that members can use to manage their gaming activity. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

Available responsible gaming tools at ji33 include: deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can add to your wallet); session time reminders (alerts at specified intervals to notify you of elapsed play time); loss limits (caps on the amount you can lose within a defined period); cooling-off periods (temporary account restrictions of 24 hours to 6 weeks); and self-exclusion (permanent or long-term suspension of access to the ji33 platform).

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Where a member's self-exclusion expires, a cooling-off period applies before full access is restored. Ji33 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded members during the exclusion period.

Ji33 is a 21+ platform. If you believe that a person under the age of 21 has gained access to your ji33 account, notify support immediately. Ji33 recommends using parental control software if minors have access to devices used to access the platform. 12. Privacy and Data

Ji33 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account at ji33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ji33 collects personal data necessary for account operation, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance and fraud prevention. Ji33 does not sell member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities as required by law or contract.

You have rights in relation to your personal data under applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012. These rights — including the right to access, correct and in certain circumstances delete your data — are described in detail in the ji33 Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

Ji33 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ji33 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability of its services, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for service outages caused by technical failures, maintenance, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events or circumstances beyond ji33's reasonable control.

Ji33's liability to any member, in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform, is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Ji33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, even where ji33 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these terms limits ji33's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by ji33's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Ji33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ji33 will notify registered members via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated terms will display a revised "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of ji33 services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using ji33 services and contact support to arrange closure of your account in accordance with Section 10 of these terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with your ji33 account or these terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Ji33 operates under a gaming licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR and other applicable Philippine authorities. Members who wish to escalate a complaint to a regulatory body may contact PAGCOR through its official channels after exhausting the ji33 internal complaints process.
