If you're unable to access your current email or phone, contact support and we'll verify your identity through your registered ID.

To permanently close your Ji33 account, email support@ji33.best with a written request from your registered email address. Before closing, make sure you've withdrawn any remaining balance — we'll process your final withdrawal to your registered PH payment method. If you want a temporary break instead, consider using our self-exclusion tool in Account Settings rather than a full closure.

Log in to Ji33, go to Account Settings, then select Security. Toggle on "Two-Factor Authentication" and confirm your Philippine mobile number. From then on, any login from an unrecognised device will require a one-time PIN sent via SMS. 2FA is optional but highly recommended — it takes seconds to set up and significantly improves the security of your account and funds.

Bonuses have expiry periods — most Ji33 bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. If you don't meet the wagering requirement within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed automatically.
